Stronghold Crusader: Definitive Edition will get a big update with paid and free content in the autumn
FireFly studio revealed the details of the first content update of the strategy Stronghold Crusader: Definitive Edition.

The developers have big plans for post-release support for the updated game and will release a large-scale update in autumn, which will include both free content and paid add-on.
All players of Stronghold Crusader: Definitive Edition will have an opportunity to fight with a new Lord - a dangerous and cruel Crocodile, who is mad because of envy for the success of his "colleagues". He has a unique castle, a large army and an individual approach to battles.
Crocodile will appear in battle mode and in a new economic campaign of five missions, where players will need to demonstrate not combat skills, but knowledge in the development of production chains and trade.
The free update will also include three new maps for Skirmish and Freebuild modes, as well as online battles.
The paid add-on will include two more Lords: Canary and Merchant, as well as a new battle route "Sands of Time" of 9 missions with time limits for completing tasks and rating tables.
Additional details will be announced by the developers at a slightly later date.
