The latest Snapdragon and 7000 mAh battery - new details of the Realme GT 8 smartphone range have been revealed
Chinese brand Realme will unveil a new line of GT 8 smartphones in October, which will include a standard and a Pro model.
The official specifications of the gadgets are still kept secret, but industry insiders are ahead of Realme with the information.
Here's What We Know
In the Chinese social network Weibo appeared information about the Realme GT 8 series, according to which the base model will get a 6.6″ screen, while the GT 8 Pro will offer a 6.85″ OLED screen with 2K resolution.
Both will get Qualcomm's powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 processor, which is yet to be officially unveiled, but it is known to offer a significant performance boost.
GT 8 and GT 8 Pro will be equipped with a 7000 mAh battery.
The new products will be sold with pre-installed Realme UI 7 firmware based on Android 16.
The Pro version is expected to get a 200MP periscopic telephoto lens, an improved vibration motor, two speakers and an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.
Previously, insiders reported that the GT 8 Pro will be priced around $555.
