Redmi Note 15 Pro series announced - release in August
Wang Teng, chief marketing officer of Xiaomi China and head of the Redmi brand, confirmed that the new Note 15 Pro line will be announced this month. He published a teaser and said that the smartphones in the series are sold in more than 100 countries and have earned the status of the most popular models in the $175-499 price range as of the first half of 2025. According to Wang, the lineup is designed to meet the highest standards of 2025 - materials, build quality, and support will be on par.

What is known about the phones
Redmi Note 15 Pro has passed 3C certification - it should receive 90W fast charging and a large battery. The phone should get an energy-efficient mid-range Snapdragon 7s processor. The display will be a 1.5K OLED rounded on four sides with thin, identical bezels on all sides. As for the camera, rumours promise a dual module: 50 MP main sensor + 50 MP telephoto. IP66/IP68/IP69 protection and symmetrical speakers are possible.
Redmi Note 15 Pro+: a unique feature is support for satellite communication via the BeiDou network. This is the first Redmi model to receive this feature. A large battery (7,000-8,000 mAh) is reported. It is expected to have a Snapdragon 7s Gen 4, a 1.5K OLED display with 120Hz, improved battery life, and a base price of around €400-€500.
