Gamescom 2025 will set a record for the number of exhibitors: more than 1,500 companies will attend this year's German trade show
The gamescom exhibition is approaching, which for many years has been the biggest event of European gaming. This event always attracts a huge number of companies, but this year their number will reach a record high.

Gerald Böse, President of Koelnmesse exhibition centre, where gamescom 2025 will take place, said that this time the exhibition will be attended by more than 1500 companies from 72 countries, including both giants of the gaming industry and small indie studios.
Among the participants of gamescom 2025 are Nintendo, Xbox, 2K, Bandai Namco, Bethesda, Blizzard Entertainment, Capcom, CD Projekt Red, Krafton, Level Infinite, The Pokémon Company, Ubisoft, Electronic Arts, Konami, Lego, Marvelous Europe, Netflix, Paramount, Sega, Tencent Games and others.
With such a list of exhibitors, there is no doubt that the event will feature a huge number of high-profile announcements and interesting presentations. Among them are already announced new Resident Evil Requiem trailer, Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 and Hollow Knight: Silksong.
The opening ceremony of gamescom 2025 will take place on 19 August at 20:00 (CEST) and will take about two hours.
