Electronic Arts may surprise gamers with a major content update for Battlefield 2042
While all the attention is focused on Battlefield 6, which, by the way, started the second stage of beta testing, Electronic Arts may release an unexpected content update for the scandalously famous previous part of the series - Battlefield 2042.
Here's What We Know
Dataminer temporyal reported that he discovered information about the content of a major and as yet unannounced Battlefield 2042 update.
According to his data, the developers may add the following content:
- new map Iwo Jima (Japan);
- new weapons: The Prototype ("Riverdweller"), KFS2000 (FN F2000) and GM6 Lynx.
- transports from previous games of the series: A-10 Warthog (USA) and SU-25TM Frogfoot (aggressor country Russia);
- Pax Armata themed cosmetics (PMC from Battlefield 6).
Battlefield 2042 may be getting a surprisingly big (maybe final?) content update soon.
