Xiaomi launches toothbrush with artificial intelligence
Xiaomi has officially unveiled the Mijia Multi-directional Sweeping Electric Toothbrush, an innovative toothbrush with AI technology. The brush head has a shock-absorbing design that provides a thorough but gentle cleaning, especially in hard-to-reach interdental areas. This design helps protect enamel from excessive wear, which is in line with the best practices of modern oral care.

Thanks to the proprietary multi-directional vibration technology, the brush cleans the interdental spaces better than competitors. The Mijia toothbrush is available in three colours: gold, purple, and blue, but that's not why you're here, is it?
What about artificial intelligence?
The manufacturer claims that the brush is able to detect the surface and change the mode of operation on its own. This reduces the risk of gum damage. In addition, the toothbrush integrates into the Xiaomi IoT smart home system and is able to send information about the state of oral health to a smartphone.
The toothbrush will cost approximately $550 and will be sold only in China. Whether global sales are planned in the future is currently unknown.
