Apple has released public beta 3 for iOS 26 and iPadOS 26 (build 23A5318f), while developer beta 6 has been released simultaneously. The Public Beta is available to users registered in the Apple Beta Software Programme, while the Developer Beta is available to users who have registered as developers. Registration is free and free of charge.

The final release of iOS 26.0 and iPadOS 26.0 is expected in September 2025, along with the launch of iOS 26.1 beta. New beta versions have also been released for macOS, tvOS, WatshOS, and VisionOS.

Changes in iOS 26 public beta 3

New ringtones and visual updates to the Liquid Glass interface. Less transparent navigation bars in system applications (App Store, Apple Music, etc.) - improved readability of texts. New wallpapers and colour schemes. Natural language search in Apple Maps: the new "Search the Way You Talk" feature in the public beta allows you to search for places in your own language, for example, "cafes with free Wi-Fi".

Apple continues to search for the perfect look for the system, so many minor changes in the liquid glass style have been introduced, such as the outline of the clock on the lock screen, and the animation of app launchers has changed. There were minor changes to the camera interface and branded apps.

At this time, these versions are still not recommended for normal use by users, they may contain bugs and may be unstable.
