Vivo G3 5G budget smartphone with 6000 mAh battery priced at just $210 has been unveiled in China

Vivo has unveiled a new budget smartphone in China, which will be a modern replacement for the popular G2 model.

Here's What We Know

The novelty is called Vivo G3 5G and is equipped with a 6.74″ LCD display with a resolution of 1600×720 pixels and a refresh rate of 90 Hz.

The basis of the gadget is a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, complemented by 6 or 8 GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128 or 256 GB storage (UFS 2.2 or eMMC 5.1 in the base version). The 6,000mAh battery supports 44W fast charging.

The primary camera of the Vivo G3 5G gets a 13MP sensor with autofocus, while the front camera is 5MP.

The smartphone comes with OriginOS 5 shell on Android 15.

Additional features include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, 5G support, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.4, IR, USB-C and a 3.5mm audio jack. The casing has IP64 protection.

The Vivo G3 5G is available in black colour and is priced at $210 (in RMB terms) for the 6+128GB version and $280 for the 8+256GB version.

For now, the smartphone is only available in China.
