Thinner than the ultra-thin S25 Edge: an insider has revealed the detailed specs of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra 5G flagship tablet
Shortly before the presentation of new tablets from Samsung, which is expected on 4 or 5 September, insider information about the flagship model 2025 - Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra 5G has appeared on the network.

Insider Ahmed Qwaider shared detailed specifications of the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra 5G. Thus, it became known that the gadget will receive a top-end Dimensity 9400 + chipset from Mediatek, which provides高 high performance, including in tasks related to AI.
The tablet will feature a 14.6″ Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen and a 120Hz refresh rate. Long battery life will be provided by an 11,600mAh battery with 45W fast charging support. Notably, the thickness of the tablet will be only 5.1 mm, which is even less than that of the Galaxy S25 Edge ultra-thin smartphone (5.5 mm).
Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra 5G will get IP68 water and dust protection, four built-in speakers, Wi-Fi 7 module and support for the S Pen stylus.
The new product from Samsung will offer a 12MP front camera and a main camera with 13MP and 8MP sensors.
The tablet will come with the One UI 8 shell based on Android 16 and will go on sale in three memory configurations: 12/256GB, 12/512GB and 16GB/1TB.
