13 minutes of gameplay of REANIMAL, an atmospheric horror platformer from the authors of Little Nightmares, have been unveiled

The authors of the first two parts of the popular Little Nightmares series of horror-platformers from Tarsier Studios presented on IGN channel a long gameplay video of their new game in the similar genre - REANIMAL.

Here's What We Know

The developers showed the first 13 minutes of REANIMAL in single player mode, although gamers are strongly recommended to play the game with two people.

In REANIMAL's storyline, a brother and sister find themselves on a creepy island filled with phantasmagorical creatures that reflect their fears. The heroes strive to rescue their friends and find a safe place with them, but the path to this goal is filled with ruthless enemies, dangerous traps, challenging puzzles and scary locations.

Stylistically REANIMAL is similar to Little Nightmares, but it looks even darker.

When We Can Expect It

Reanimal will debut in the first quarter of 2026 on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.
