Note 15 Pro+ release date officially confirmed - what we know

For the first time, Redmi uses symmetrical rounding of both the front and back glasses - it looks elegant and feels comfortable in the hand. The front panel is made of Xiaomi's proprietary Crystal Glass, and the back is made of lightweight but durable fibreglass. Budo swears that Crystal Glass is stronger than anything else you've seen before. And here's a fact: this phone has withstood 50 drops on granite from a height of 2 metres.
When is the announcement
The company has finally announced the official announcement date - 21 August 2025. Two smartphones will be presented at the event: Redmi Note 15 Pro and Note 15 Pro+.
What else is expected (according to rumours):
- OLED display with 1.5K resolution
- 50 megapixel camera with OIS + telephoto lens. The Pro+ will probably also get a telephoto module with a 50MP sensor.
- Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 processor
- 7000 mAh battery with 90W charging
- Android 15 with HyperOS 2.0 shell
- Support for Beidou satellite communication
