RTS classics in a new way: Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War IV has been announced

A few days after the release of a successful remaster of the cult strategy Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War, at gamescom 2025 ONL was announced a full-fledged new part of the series, but no longer from Relic Entertainment.

Here's What We Know

Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War IV is developed by KING Art studio with the support of Deep Silver.

The authors promise to return to the roots of the series and the RTS genre and will provide players with a huge variability of action and a choice of four factions: space troopers, technojretsov, orcs and necrons.

John French, author of the Warhammer 40,000 novels, is responsible for the story campaign script.

When We Can Expect It

Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War IV will be released in 2026 only on PC (Steam).
