Fans are in for a treat! Konami unveiled a stunning release trailer for Metal Gear Solid Δ: Snake Eater
A few days before the release of Metal Gear Solid Δ: Snake Eater, publisher Konami has unveiled a great trailer that leaves no doubt about the quality of the upcoming remake.
Here's What We Know
The Japanese developer showed a slice of cinematic staged scenes of the updated game and they are recognisable to anyone who has ever gone through Metal Gear Solid 3. Particularly satisfying was the scene of Snake's confrontation with his former mentor with the call sign Boss.
As in the original, the episode unfolds on a stunning field strewn with white flowers, which, like the other featured snippets, looks authentic, atmospheric and yet fresh.
Gamers were also given a glimpse of the six antagonists from The Cobra Unit, including The End, an old man sniper who, in the original game, could be defeated without a fight if you fast-forwarded the date and time in the console's settings so that he died of old age.
When We Can Expect It
Metal Gear Solid Δ: Snake Eater will be released on 28 August and will be available on PS5, Xbox Series and PC.
