The flagship Oppo Find X9 Ultra is due to be released later than the other members of the lineup, the Oppo Find X9 and X9 Pro. It is expected to be announced in January 2026 and go on sale in the first quarter. However, in the summer, the first information about the technical characteristics of the future flagship came from the distant Celestial Empire.

What is known about Oppo Find X9 Ultra

• Display: 6.8-inch flat LTPO OLED with 2K resolution and 2.5D glass on top
• Cameras: the main sensor is a huge 200 megapixel matrix with a size of 1/1.1″, two telephoto modules with large sensors (one 1/1.3″)
• Battery: approximately 7,000 mAh - slightly less than the Pro version, but still decent for a flagship
• OS and interface: ColorOS 16 based on Android 16

Contrast with the Pro version: Ultra clearly focuses on cameras. The novelty should receive both a luxurious main module and a well-thought-out system of telephoto modules. There is no information about the processor yet, but if the Pro version is rumoured to get the Dimensity 9500, the Ultra will get one of the Snapdragon 8 representatives.
