Burning hotel, creepy nurses and Pyramidhead: teaser for 'Return to Silent Hill' unveiled
An atmospheric teaser of the film "Return to Silent Hill" - a new film adaptation of the cult video game horror Silent Hill 2, which was released in 2001 and is still a benchmark of its genre - has been published.

The authors showed a short cut of shots, on which you can see the main character James Sunderland (with a bit strange appearance and clothes), a creepy hospital, famous nurse mannequins, Lakeview Hotel and, of course, the symbol of the whole franchise - Pyramidhead - a huge monster with a heavy cleaver.
Silent Hill fans will be familiar with every frame, which clearly shows the film crew's deep understanding of the source material and adherence to its plot.
In Return to Silent Hill, viewers will see the story of James Sunderland, who receives a letter from his wife Mary, who died three years ago, asking her to return to the town where they once had a great time.
The main role in "Return to Silent Hill" will be played by Jeremy Irvine, and the role of James' wife will be played by Hannah Emily Anderson. The director of the film is Christophe Gans - the director of the first Silent Hill film.
It is noteworthy that for the soundtrack of the film is the famous composer Akira Yamaoka, without whose music it is impossible to imagine Silent Hill games.
When We Can Expect It
Return to Silent Hill will premiere in January 2026.
