Czech studio Warhorse continues post-release support for the highly regarded RPG Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. The developers have already released the DLC Brushes with Death, Legacy of the Forge will be released in September, and after it gamers will get Mysteria Ecclesiae. And it is about the third add-on that the first information appeared.

Here's What We Know

PCGamesN journalists talked to Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 developers at gamescom 2025 and learnt interesting details about Mysteria Ecclesiae.

The third DLC, which is expected to be released next winter, will send Indřich (Henry) to a new location, where there is a monastery, which has become the epicentre of a terrible epidemic. It's about the plague, which the developers ironically called "medieval COVID".

The new storyline will feature many episodes related to alchemy, medicine and a look at diseases from the perspective of people of the 16th century.

Mysteria Ecclesiae is comparable in scope to the Legacy of the Forge add-on, which will be released on 9 September, but the Warhorse team doesn't rule out that it will be even bigger.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is available on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.
