Google Play Store will launch apps immediately after installation
Apparently, users often found it difficult to find the newly installed app in the general menu, so Google is adding an option to automatically launch the new app immediately after installation. This feature is disabled by default. If the switch is activated, a message with a 5-second countdown will appear after the app is installed, and the app will automatically launch unless you cancel it.
The option will be useful for games and other large applications, as you can minimise the Play Store and go about your business without fear that you will simply forget about the new application. The feature will also help you not to lose an app that has a different name in the app store and on your device.
As you can see, Google is serious about modernising the Android app store. Only yesterday it became known that the company will centrally block all applications whose authors have not passed the identity verification.
