Post-release support for the role-playing game Starfield is in an ambiguous position: on the one hand Bethesda keeps its word and releases updates every six weeks, but at the same time there is almost no new content in the game, and although there are fewer bugs, but their number still does not allow you to enjoy the game.

However, Starfield creative producer Tim Lamb tried to give optimism to the fans of the game.

Here's What We Know

In a new Bethesda video message, Tim revealed that the studio is not going to stop supporting Starfield. In the foreseeable future, the game will receive several more major updates, which will include new content.

In addition, the producer confirmed that another story add-on is in development. Recall, earlier there was information that the Media: Starfield release on PlayStation 5 won't happen until spring 2026 at the earliest, at the same time as the release of Starfield on PS5.

I'm very excited that players will see the fruits of the team's labour. We have some exciting new features coming, including free updates and mechanics that have been in demand, as well as new story DLC.

According to Lamb, Bethesda plans to improve space travel and add several gameplay mechanics that will make Starfield deeper and more interesting.

In addition, the developers are ready to add "something interesting" to the game from proven mod creators.
