Samsung has officially confirmed the date of the Galaxy Event - 4 September, on the eve of IFA 2025 in Berlin. One of the important announcements at the event will be the Galaxy S25 FE, a smartphone that has already appeared in numerous leaks and certifications. According to the data found in the Google Play Console, the SM-S731B model will be powered by a 10-core Exynos 2400 chip, which operates at a maximum frequency of 3.2 GHz and has an Xclipse 940 (1095 MHz) graphics core.

The device will have 8 GB of RAM and an FHD+ display with a pixel density of 450 ppi. The device is expected to have a 4900 mAh battery with 45W fast charging support.

The Galaxy S25 FE has been tested on Android 16 Beta, which indicates that it will launch with One UI 8 and all of Samsung's latest features. Earlier, the Media Markt website in Portugal (the page has been deleted) published information about the cameras: a triple 50 MP main camera and a 12 MP front-facing camera. The battery is 4900 mAh, supports 45W charging via cable, 15W wireless, and reverse charging.

The base version is expected to have 128 GB of storage, and there may be a 512 GB variant. Externally, the S25 FE is almost identical to the S24 FE, and many of the characteristics - display size, resolution, camera configuration - remain unchanged.

If the rumoured $649 price is confirmed, the S25 FE could become a serious competitor to the Pixel 9, offering similar features at a lower price.

The event may also see the launch of the Galaxy Tab S11 series, including the base 11-inch model and the 14.6-inch Ultra version. Samsung is rumoured to use the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ processor, which will be an upgrade from the Dimensity 9300+ in the previous generation.

Both the Galaxy S25 FE and Tab S11 are likely to run on Android 16 with One UI 8 - earlier than the other S25 models, which will receive the update a little later. Although Samsung hasn't officially named all the devices that will be unveiled at the event, all signs point to these two new products. Given its focus on artificial intelligence, September 4 should be a key moment to understand how the company plans to integrate its ecosystem this autumn.
