Honor brand has launched its flagship Magic V5 foldable smartphone in the global market, which was released in China in July.

At an event in London, Honor announced the global launch of Honor Magic V5, the world's thinnest foldable smartphone, which even Honor Magic V5 foldable smartphone entered the Guinness Book of Records - its hinge withstood a load of 104kg! World Records - its hinge withstood a 104kg load!

Honor Magic V5 specifications:

• internal display - 7.95", LTPO OLED, 2352×2172 pixels, 120 Hz;
• external display - 6.43", 2376×1060 pixels, 120 Hz;
• Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite processor;
• 12/16GB of RAM and 256/512GB or 1TB of inbuilt storage;
• battery capacity - 5820 mAh (China) / 6100 mAh (global version), support for 66W wired and 50W wireless charging.

The novelty got a great set of cameras:

• main: 50 MP (f/1.6);
• wide-angle: 50 MP (f/2.0);
• telephoto lens: 64 MP (f/2.5), 70 mm, AI-superzoom and telemacro support;
• front cameras: 20MP on each screen.

The Honor Magic V5 features an elegant design and impressive features, but its price matches them: in Europe, the smartphone costs around €1999 depending on the retailer and region.
