Portal SammyGuru reported interesting insider information that will interest those who are thinking about buying a flagship smartphone from Samsung.

Here's What We Know

According to journalists, the Korean manufacturer will make the bodies of its future smartphones of the Galaxy S26 lineup even thinner.

Thus,

• the thickness of the Galaxy S26 Pro will be 6.7 mm, while its current analogue Galaxy S25 has 7.2 mm;
• the Galaxy S26 Edge will be 5.5mm thick, while the Galaxy S25 Edge has a thickness of 5.8mm;
• the top-of-the-line Galaxy S26 Ultra will be 7.8mm thick, while the S25 Ultra has a thickness of 8.2mm.

SammyGuru has confirmed information that while the S26 Edge will be thinner, its battery capacity will increase from 3,900 mAh to 4,200 mAh.

The Galaxy S26 lineup is expected to be unveiled in early 2026, while Samsung Galaxy Event 2025 will take place on 4 September, where the Galaxy S25 FE, Galaxy Tab S11 and Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra will be unveiled.
