SwitchBot shows gadgets for smart home and cute robot
At IFA Berlin 2025, SwitchBot joined the AI fever and presented a smart home system with artificial intelligence, an e-ink photo frame with artificial intelligence, and two robots... well, you get the idea.

The new smart home control centre will become the heart that breathes life into all smart devices in the home. Smart Hub has a built-in voice assistant that works locally - without the cloud. The system also has cloud-based technologies that can detect events such as an elderly person falling using cameras. The Smart Hub recognises faces, pets and objects in the frame and can tell you where your mobile phone is or who you met yesterday. Automation can be set up without a phone - on the screen or by voice.

A stylish photo frame based on electronic ink. In addition to images, the frame can show the weather, calendar, or reminders. Images can be uploaded ready-made or created with an AI assistant via the app.
SwitchBot Pet Robot
Noa and Niko are two small companion robots that look like pets. The robots respond to voice, can follow you (they have small wheels for movement), and bring small items. According to the company, the robots are powered by artificial intelligence and can recognise family members, respond to gestures and emotions, and show feelings such as happiness, sadness or jealousy, as well as adapt to your daily routine.
There are no plans for commercial availability of these items, but SwitchBot is known for releasing futuristic items for general sale, so maybe someday we will be able to buy this artificial intelligence photo frame, or even a robot.
