The beginning of September turned out to be rich in high-profile releases, one of which was the horror game Cronos: The New Dawn from Polish studio Bloober Team. The game is made in not the most popular genre and didn't arouse much interest of the public, but at the same time it sold well.

Here's What We Know

Bloober Team reported that for the first three days after the release the sales of Cronos: The New Dawn exceeded 200 thousand copies - this number includes only digital editions.

In addition, the developers specified that Cronos was added to the wish list of 1 million gamers on different platforms, so its long-term sales may please the company, especially considering the fact that both critics and players A cool horror game, but not a perfect game - Cronos: The New Dawn gets high marks, but falls short of Silent Hill 2 Remake, although they don't consider it a top-class game - it's a good horror with unusual setting and interesting story, but with ambiguous combat system and not the best technical performance.

Most likely, after several patches and the appearance of the first discounts interest to the game will increase significantly.

Cronos: The New Dawn is available on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and Nintendo Switch 2.
