Electronic Arts has unveiled Battle Royale mode for Battlefield 6: testing will begin this week
After a series of numerous leaks, Electronic Arts has officially announced the Battle Royale mode that will be available in Battlefield 6.
Here's What We Know
The developers said that this week participants of the Battlefield Labs testing programme will be able to try out the new mode.
Up to a hundred players divided into four teams of 25 players will participate in Battlefield 6 Battle Royale matches. For this mode will create a special large-scale map and provide a huge amount of equipment and armoured vehicles.
The conditions are familiar to the Battle Royale genre: players land on the map without equipment, must quickly find the necessary items and destroy competitors. Over time, the ring of fire will shrink in a random part of the map, and in the end, the winner will be the team whose players survive.
When We Can Expect It
Battlefield 6 will be released on October 10 on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series, with Battle Royale mode rumoured to be added at a later date as a free-to-play component.
