TCL X11L - "King of TVs" with record-breaking brightness and stunning image fidelity is unveiled

At the Mini LED TV 2025 exhibition, TCL presented a new series of premium TVs X11L.
The Chinese manufacturer is not modest and calls the novelty "king of TVs", emphasising its premium status.
Here's What We Know
The TCL X11L range includes three models - 75", 85" and the flagship 98" version, which have been given impressive specifications that can set a new standard in the industry.
Key features of TCL X11L:
- SQD-Mini LED - a new backlight technology that outperforms traditional RGB-Mini LEDs in terms of colour accuracy and energy efficiency;
- peak brightness of up to 10,000 nits - a record for Mini LED, providing XDR-level HDR effect;
- record number of localised dimming zones:
- 75" - standard model
- 85" - 14,400 zones
- 98" - 20,736 zones - 100% coverage of BT.2020 colour space, colour accuracy ΔE < 0.99 - the level of professional monitors;
- support for all current HDR formats: Dolby Vision, HDR10, HDR10+, HLG, IMAX Enhanced;
- IPS structure "butterfly wings" with anti-reflective coating and viewing angles up to 178 °;
- MediaTek 9655+ processor, 4GB RAM + 128GB storage;
- TSR AI - proprietary image processing chip: noise reduction, interpolation, detail recovery;
- HDMI 2.1 (×4) port displays images in 4K resolution with a refresh rate of 144 Hz, and USB 3.0, Wi-Fi 6, optical output and other interfaces;
- Bang Olufsen acoustics: two subwoofers, centre and front speakers.
Prices in the Chinese market (in terms of yuan):
- 75" - $2800;
- 85" - $4900;
- 98" - $8400.
TCL X11L sales launch date has not been announced yet, they will probably start before the end of autumn.
