GreedFall II will get a huge content update in November: the developers have revealed plans for the game's early access release as well
Despite huge organisational problems, French studio Spiders continues to work on the RPG GreedFall II: The Dying World, which has been in Steam Early Access for about a year.
The company shared the nearest plans and announced when we can wait for the full-fledged release of the game.
Here's What We Know
In an appeal to gamers, the authors said that they are preparing the biggest update for GreedFall II, which will be released on 17 November and will add many significant innovations, including:
- new region;
- new companion;
- new talent;
- a new photo mode;
- combat system improvements;
- visual improvements;
- bug fixes.
Spiders also announced that GreedFall II: The Dying World will leave Early Access in 2026 and will simultaneously debut on PS5 and Xbox Series, but the exact date the developers are not yet ready to announce.
As a reminder, GreedFall II is a prequel to a good but little-known RPG from 2019, and is receiving mixed reviews due to its ambiguous mechanics, questionable technical state, and small amount of content.
