iQOO Neo 11 Pro has appeared in Geekbench with Dimensity 9500 and 16 GB RAM

iQOO is preparing to launch the Neo 11 series in China after the presentation of the iQOO 15. Geekbench spotted the Neo 11 Pro (V2520A) model, which will receive a new yet-to-be-announced flagship MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chip, Android 16, and 16 GB of RAM. The smartphone scored 3320 points in single-core and 9898 in multi-core (Geekbench 6.5).
What is known about the hardware
- Processor: Dimensity 9500 (1×4.21 GHz, 3×3.50 GHz, 4×2.70 GHz)
- GPU: Mali-G1 Ultra MC12 with ray tracing support and better energy efficiency (+40% compared to Dimensity 9400)
- Battery: 7000+ mAh/g and 100W charging
- Display: ~6.8" flat OLED, 2K, ultrasonic scanner under the screen
- Metal body
The series will include Neo 11 (Snapdragon 8 Elite) and Neo 11 Pro (Dimensity 9500). IQOO is expected to make the announcement in November-December 2025 in China. Mediatek will announce the Dimensity 9500 processor itself on 22 September.
