Xiaomi has released Sound Party Speaker, a Bluetooth speaker that can act as a power bank
Xiaomi has officially launched its new Bluetooth speaker, the Xiaomi Sound Party Speaker, in Europe, which is already available for €129.99. In addition to powerful sound, the new product boasts water and dust resistance, good battery life, and interesting additional features.
The speaker has a total power output of 50 W, divided between a 15 W tweeter and a 35 W subwoofer, which provides deep bass and a wide sound range. Thanks to the Bass Boost mode and Harman AudioEFX setting, the sound becomes even richer. The device weighs about 1.2 kg and has a hidden flexible handle, making it easy to transport.

Thanks to its IP67 protection, the speaker is not afraid of water and dust - you can take it to the beach or use it outdoors. The built-in 5200 mAh (7.3V) battery provides up to 26 hours of playback at 50% volume with the backlight off and without bass boost. Charging is done via USB-C, and 10 minutes of charging gives you 2 hours of music playback. In addition, the speaker can work as a portable power bank, providing up to 15W of power to charge smartphones and other devices.
Bluetooth 5.4 is used for connection, and owners of Android devices (version 8.1 and higher) can quickly connect using NFC. In TWS mode, you can pair two speakers to create stereo sound, and the Party Connect function allows you to synchronise up to 100 speakers simultaneously, creating a large-scale sound show in a large location. The speaker has a built-in microphone for hands-free communication and time-travelling lighting (translucent mirrors on the sides).
