Honor prepares X5c Plus - an ultra-budget novelty with a huge 6.74" screen
Honor is going to release a new entry-level smartphone, the Honor X5c Plus, which will be part of the X5 series. Although the company has not yet officially confirmed its existence, renders, specifications, and the estimated price of the device have already been leaked.
Honor X5c Plus, according to the leak, will feature a 6.74-inch LCD display with HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. The top of the screen will have a drop-shaped notch for the front camera. The performance will be powered by a MediaTek Helio G81 processor, paired with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, which can be expanded via microSD card.
The smartphone will run on Android 15 with MagicOS 9.0. Power will be provided by a 5620 mAh battery, although the charging speed will be modest - only 10W. The main camera will consist of two sensors: a 50MP main sensor and a 2MP secondary sensor, and a 5MP front-facing camera for selfies.
Additional features include a side fingerprint scanner, a 3.5 mm headphone jack, and a USB Type-C port. The Honor X5c Plus is expected to be available in Europe in three colours: black, turquoise and silver, and its price will not exceed €120 (about $140).
