It was expected that Samsung will unveil its first Tri-Fold smartphone in October and it will happen at the same time as the demonstration of XR-headset Project Moohan.

However, the media reports that the Korean company has changed its plans.

According to the authoritative South Korean publication ETNews, the Galaxy Tri-Fold smartphone (the name is unofficial) will not be released until the end of November.

It is reported that the triple-fold smartphone requires additional quality checks and in addition, with this decision Samsung will stretch in time the release of innovative for themselves gadget and the Media: Samsung and Google's Project Moohan XR headset will be unveiled at the end of October. Recall, this will be the first mixed reality device from Samsung, which is being developed in conjunction with Google. The basis of Project Moohan will be a specially developed operating system Android XR, and high performance will provide Snapdragon XR2+ processor. The headset will get two micro-OLED displays with a refresh rate of 90Hz and 12 cameras to track the user's position in space.
