A new Mafia is already in development: the star of The Old Country has blabbed about Hangar 13's plans
Mafia: The Old Country, the prequel to the popular series of dramatic crime action games, was released only at the beginning of August and showed the golden era of Sicilian organised crime.
The developers have not yet commented on their plans for further development of the franchise, but it seems that their ideas are already starting to be realised.
Here's What We Know
Actress Carina Conti, who voiced Isabella Torrisi in The Old Country, took part in Bubbly Nuggets stream where she mentioned that Hangar 13 studio has already started development of the new Mafia instalment.
Conti didn't reveal any additional details, but it's logical to assume that if the actress is aware of the studio's plans, Isabella Torrisi may return in the new game or she will voice a new character.
Hangar 13 and 2K Games are unlikely to make any announcements or comments in the near future, so gamers will have to be patient, but they got a reason to hope.
Mafia: The Old Country is available on PC (Steam), PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.
