OnePlus 15 leaked in public before official announcement - new design, powerful camera and Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip
The OnePlus 15 has not yet been officially unveiled, but it has already appeared in public during the Peace Elite Professional League (PEL) Summer 2025 final. The smartphone was included in a group photo with the tournament champions, and this allowed us to examine its design.
The back panel has a square module in the upper left corner, similar to the OnePlus 13T. There are three cameras inside: two in an oval block, one separately, plus an LED flash. All sensors are 50 MP, including a periscopic telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom. The new DetailMax Engine algorithm promises even sharper images.

- Processor: Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 (Geekbench: 3709 points in the single-core test, ~11,000 in the multi-core test)
- RAM: 16 GB (confirmed via Geekbench)
- Screen: 6.78" LTPO OLED, 1.5K resolution, 165Hz refresh rate
- Battery: 7000 mAh with support for 120W charging
- Colours: Absolute Black, Dune and Mist Purple; the device has a new white shade in the photo
There is no official launch date yet, but Qualcomm will soon announce the Snapdragon 8 Elite, so the OnePlus 15 announcement is expected in the near future.
