Not obsessed with games: Hideo Kojima unveils his own sake and launches credit cards
Today there was a lot of news about Hideo Kojima's work - the famous developer showed the trailer of experimental horror OD, the first shots of Death Stranding: Mosquito anime, the debut poster of spy stealth action Physint and announced AR-game Move Beyond The Screen.
But Kojima is a man of such wide views and interests that he doesn't concentrate on games and media projects, but is ready to offer something completely unexpected.
Here's What We Know
At the stream dedicated to the 10th anniversary of Kojima Productions studio, the developer presented ... his own sake, which he released together with the famous Japanese brand ZAKU.
So far we can't evaluate the taste of sake, in the creation of which the maestro of the game industry was directly involved, but we can already state that the aesthetics of the bottles is excellent.
Each bottle of sake is adorned with Kojima Productions' Homo Luden logo, which translates to "the man who plays".
It will be possible to pay for sake orders with a credit card, which Kojima is launching in conjunction with Japanese bank MUFG.

Bravo, Kojima! This is the way to push the boundaries of media formats and mass culture, which is the main goal of the Japanese developer's work.
Recall that some studios have released collections of alcohol based on game franchises before, such as Far Cry and Assassin's Creed, but there's definitely never been any bank cards.
