Asus ROG Xbox Ally and ROG Xbox Ally X portable consoles are now available for pre-order

Today, 26 September 2025, Asus has started taking pre-orders for the new ROG Xbox Ally and ROG Xbox Ally X portable gaming consoles, created in partnership with Xbox. Pre-orders are accepted at the Microsoft Store, Asus eStore, and authorised Asus partner stores.

Pre-orders are available in the following countries: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong Special Economic Zone, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Korea, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, and Vietnam. On 16 October, the console will be available for sale in more countries: Egypt, Greece, Hungary, Malaysia, India, Indonesia, the Philippines, Slovenia, South Africa, Thailand, and Ukraine.

About Asus ROG XBox Ally/ XBox Ally X (2025)

These are 7-inch gaming consoles running Windows 11 with a modified shell. The consoles have the advantages of the Windows ecosystem, including a wide range of supported games, the XBox branded store, and the Microsoft Copilot AI assistant. Asus ROG XBox Ally is powered by AMD Ryzen Z2 A processor, while ROG XBox Ally X is powered by AMD Ryzen AI Z2 Extreme. The 7-inch FHD (1920 x 1080) 16:9 IPS screen is covered by Gorilla Glass Victus, the RAM will be 24 GB LPDDR5X, and the permanent memory is represented by a 1 TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe drive (16/512 GB for the ROG XBox Ally). The pre-tax price is $600 for Ally and $1000 for Ally X
