Netflix unveiled the first full trailer for the fourth season of The Witcher series, in which viewers will see Liam Hemsworth's debut as Geralt, who will replace Henry Cavill.
What we know
The authors showed spectacular footage featuring key characters, some of whom appear in the series for the first time, such as the “Rat” gang, which Ciri will join after finding herself in Nilfgaard, and a vampire named Regis, played by “Matrix” star Laurence Fishburne, will join Geralt and Dandelion (Dandelion) (yet another confirmation that the series authors didn’t read Andrzej Sapkowski’s novels carefully).
Also in the fourth season, Yennefer will inexplicably take up a sword, and the sorcerer Vilgefortz will become even more sinister.
When to expect
The premiere of the fourth season of The Witcher will take place on October 30 — Netflix subscribers will receive all 10 episodes at once.
