Red Magic 11 Pro: the first gaming smartphone with hybrid air-liquid cooling
The company Nubia is preparing to release a new flagship gaming smartphone — Red Magic 11 Pro, which may become the first mobile device in the world with a hybrid cooling system. According to preliminary leaks, the device will feature two types of cooling: active air — with a fan, and liquid — which is a completely new solution for smartphones. This approach is expected to ensure stable performance even during prolonged gaming sessions, reducing the risk of overheating.
Red Magic 11 Pro will operate on the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor — the most powerful mobile chip from Qualcomm at the time of release. Moreover, the smartphone may feature an advanced selfie camera, built under the display, as well as an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner. It is also possible that the device will have protection against water and dust according to the IP68 standard.
The official presentation of Red Magic 11 Pro is scheduled for October 17, 2025, in China. Alongside the basic model, a Red Magic 11 Pro+ version is also expected, which will likely have better cameras, possibly a larger battery and memory capacity.
