Leaks Excluded: Insider Reveals Unprecedented Precautionary Measures by Rockstar Games During Blogger Gameplay Demo of GTA VI
No major game's development proceeds without leaks, and Grand Theft Auto VI suffered this fate in 2022 — long before the official announcement.
Obviously, Rockstar Games and Take-Two have taken unprecedented precautions to prevent such leaks from repeating, and the measures known are truly impressive.
What is Known
The trending insider Detective Seeds reported that Rockstar Games plans to allow selected content creators and bloggers to get acquainted with GTA VI, but it will do so under the strictest conditions.
Influencers will be invited to a closed area where they will hand over all digital gadgets and enter specially prepared rooms, where during the gaming sessions each of them will be monitored by a special person.
Of course, later bloggers will share their impressions, but they will not be able to support their words with video footage.
Such measures, developers hope, will be sufficient to prevent leaks about the most anticipated game in the industry's history.

By the way, Detective Seeds remotely agreed with Tom Henderson's opinion and also believes that the release of GTA VI will be postponed again — from May to fall 2026.
Initially, the game will be released only on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.
