Huawei introduced the Nova 14 Vitality Edition — a budget smartphone aimed at a young audience that does not need top features and high performance and wants to use the gadget for communication and multimedia content viewing.
The new model combines stylish design, a modern OLED display with a high refresh rate, and a decent-capacity battery at a price of only $300.
What is known
Huawei Nova 14 Vitality Edition received a 6.7″ OLED display with a resolution of 2412 × 1084 pixels, a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz. The manufacturer does not disclose the processor used, but according to leaks, it is a Kirin 830 or a similar mid-level chip.
The gadget has 256 or 512 GB of internal memory and a 5500 mAh battery with fast charging of 66 W — up to 60% in 30 minutes.
The smartphone offers a decent set of cameras:
- main 50 MP RYYB sensor with optical stabilization;
- front camera of 16 MP.
Nova 14 Vitality Edition operates on HarmonyOS 5.1 with improved animation, integration with the Huawei ecosystem, and new security features.
Nova 14 Vitality Edition borrows its appearance from the Nova 13 Pro, maintaining a flat body and minimalist style. The smartphone is available in three colors:
Sales of Huawei Nova 14 Vitality Edition in China start on October 24, international launch is not yet confirmed.
