Two days ago, the Polish studio Fumi Games reported the postponement of the stylish shooter Mouse: P.I. For Hire indefinitely, which today received a clear date.
What is known
The developers announced that the brutal game in the aesthetics of old Disney cartoons will be released on March 19, 2026, on PC and two generations of PlayStation, Xbox, and Switch.
This announcement is accompanied by a gameplay trailer that once again allowed us to appreciate the unusual atmosphere of Mouse: P.I. For Hire. The game combines classic American animation with a dark story about corruption, organized crime, and the personal demons of the main character Mouse: P.I. For Hire's Jack Pepper — a private detective who stands against thugs and corrupt authorities. He will be voiced by Troy Baker, whose voice brings to life key characters in iconic games like Joel from The Last of Us, Higgs from Death Stranding, and the protagonist in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle.
The aesthetics and storyline of Mouse: P.I. For Hire are perfectly emphasized by the jazz music characteristic of the Great Depression period.
