The new Toyota Camry GT-S concept car was created specifically to be shown at the SEMA 2025 show in Las Vegas. This car demonstrates how the character of a production model can be changed without major design interventions.

What's Known

The Camry GT-S is based on the 2025 model year Camry XSE AWD Hybrid. The goal of the authors of this design was to create a sports sedan that could drive straight from the dealership into the customer's garage. This project was implemented through the joint efforts of the Toyota CALTY Design Research center and the Toyota research and development department.

The rear and bumper were designed to blend seamlessly with the powerful exhaust system, while the sides and front are adorned with new aerodynamic components that emphasize the athletic profile of the Camry. The image is completed by the trademark exterior trim "Inferno Flare" with a motorsport character.

The powertrain with a 232 hp 2.5-liter engine remained unchanged. The interior also stayed true to the production Camry, highlighting the mission of the build — to emphasize the exterior appearance and chassis tuning as a natural extension of Camry's existing capabilities.

The Camry GT-S concept will be featured at the SEMA 2025 show, which will be held from November 4 to 7 at the Las Vegas Convention Center at the Toyota booth.
