Nothing presented Phone (3a) Lite — a budget smartphone with a concise design
The British brand Nothing has expanded its 2025 smartphone lineup and introduced the Phone (3a) Lite — the most affordable model in the series. The device retains the recognizable minimalist design but offers more modest features, which is reflected in its price.
What is known
The smartphone is equipped with a 6.77″ AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution, runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Pro chipset, and offers 8 GB of RAM combined with 128 GB of internal storage, with the possibility of expansion using micro-SD. The main camera includes three sensors: 50 + 50 + 8 MP, and a 5000 mAh battery ensures stable autonomy. There is fast charging at 33W.
Instead of the flagship Phone (3) feature — the Glyph Lights system — the Phone (3a) Lite received a single round LED on the back panel. It is used for notifications, timers, and personalized signals from selected contacts — a solution inspired by classic indicators but adapted to Nothing's philosophy.
The manufacturer has not abandoned the branded Essential Key button, which is used for quick access to smart notes.
The smartphone will be available in black and white colors. Externally, the device resembles the CMF Phone 2 Pro — a gadget from the Nothing sub-brand, but is designed in a more concise style.
The sales launch is scheduled for November 1 in the UK and November 4 in other regions. The estimated price is €249.
