Video of the day: humanoid robot Unitree G1 crashed into a mirror, mistaking it for a doorway. Twice
While the international community watches in awe or fear at the rapid development of robotics, a funny video has been published online, confirming that androids have not yet reached the level of development required to take over the world.
What is known
Famous blogger Cody Detwiler, who runs the popular YouTube channel WhistlinDiesel, conducted a test in domestic conditions of the humanoid robot Unitree G1, assigning it various tasks.
During the test, a funny incident occurred where Unitree G1 confused a mirror with a real doorway. The android crashed into the mirror, broke it, then lost its spatial orientation and repeated its “feat,” toppling the mirror over itself.
? Unitree G1 tried to “enter itself,” but instead repeatedly slammed into a mirror and collapsed under the shards

Whether it was a bug or digital existentialism, the result was the same: robot slapstick.

Recall, How about it, Elon Musk? China hosts the world's first duel between Unitree G1 humanoid robots, so the owner was lucky that his metal friend didn’t take out its anger on him.
However, this is not the only blunder by the android; it regularly stumbled, performed silly actions, flipped a frying pan — the complete video contains many funny moments.
