The publisher noted that the crime action game set in early 20th century Sicily quickly exceeded the company's expectations and confirmed the “public's interest in premium (paid) story-driven games.”
However, the main thing is that the report explicitly states that Hangar 13 will continue “creating cinematic projects in the Mafia series (and beyond).” This wording can be considered indisputable confirmation of Take-Two's further plans for developing the franchise.
