ASUS has released the ROG Swift OLED PG27AQWP-W gaming monitor, setting a new standard for speed and image quality in the OLED display segment.

What is known

The novelty is equipped with a 26.5″ Tandem OLED panel from LG with QHD resolution (2560×1440) and supports a record refresh rate — up to 540 Hz at native resolution and up to 720 Hz when reduced to 720p, making it the fastest OLED monitor on the market.

The monitor uses TrueBlack Glossy coating, providing deep black color and high contrast. The response time is only 0.02 ms, ensuring lightning-fast reaction, which is especially important in competitive games and esports disciplines. Color coverage reaches 99.5% of the DCI-P3 space, and maximum brightness in HDR mode is up to 1500 nits. The device is certified according to VESA DisplayHDR 500 True Black standard.

One of the key features of the PG27AQWP-W is the OLED Care Pro technology, which includes the Neo Proximity Sensor. It automatically dims the screen when the user moves away, reducing the risk of pixel burn-in. The monitor is also equipped with DisplayPort 2.1 UHBR20 (80 Gb/s), HDMI 2.1, three USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A, and a 3.5 mm audio jack interfaces.

The monitor's design is made in a white case with a translucent rear panel, emphasizing its premium status.

The monitor is already available for sale in the US and Europe at a price of about $1099 / €1100.
