For several years now, rumors have been circulating online that Insider: Fallout 3 remaster is definitely coming, but not anytime soon, and a few days ago information emerged that it would be similar to Oblivion Remastered — graphics will be created from scratch on Unreal Engine 5, while game mechanics will be calculated by the original engine.

Many gamers were disappointed by this rumor, thinking it was not about Fallout: New Vegas, which a significant portion of fans consider the best part of the series, but it seems this game will receive a new life as well.

What is known

Renowned Insider and Windows Central journalist Jez Corden joined the discussion of rumors about the remaster of Fallout 3 and reported that an updated version of New Vegas is also in development.

It's currently impossible to confirm or refute Corden's words, but given the large public demand, it's quite likely that Bethesda and Microsoft are indeed preparing a quality rerelease of the famous game.
