TCL introduced the T7 gaming TVs series with an OLED screen, up to 144Hz frequency, and Google TV
TCL has announced a new line of T7 TVs, primarily aimed at gamers and users who value image quality, high refresh rate, and modern Smart TV features.
What's known
The T7 series includes models with screen sizes of 55, 65, 75, and 85 inches. They all feature a QLED screen with 1.07 billion shades and support for Dolby Vision, HDR10+, HDR10, HLG, and Open HDR. The refresh rate is 120Hz for the 55” version and 144Hz for the other models, making them suitable for gamers and dynamic content enthusiasts.
The TVs are equipped with TCL's proprietary AiPQ Pro processor, responsible for intelligent image processing: detail enhancement, color rendering, and upscaling. For gaming, VRR, ALLM, and Game Accelerator 288 technologies are provided, ensuring smooth gameplay and low latency.
The audio system is represented by 2-channel speakers with power up to 30W (in 55", 65", and 75" models) and supports the Dolby Atmos standard. Google TV is used as the software platform with access to streaming services, voice assistants, and personalized recommendations.
The TVs are equipped with four HDMI ports, including one with eARC (enhanced Audio Return Channel) functionality, allowing high-quality audio transmission.
TCL T7 TVs feature a minimalist design with thin bezels.
The series is expected to go on sale soon. The starting price for the 55” model is $599.99, and the 85” flagship of the series is priced at $1399.99.
