Flagship smartphone Realme GT 8 Pro with Ricoh cameras and a 7000mAh battery hits the global market
The global presentation of the flagship smartphone Realme GT 8 Pro took place, which debuted in China in October 2025 and attracted huge interest due to its features and cameras.
What is known
The manufacturer announced that from November 24, European buyers will be able to purchase the smartphone, whose cameras are created in collaboration with the Japanese company Ricoh. The Realme GT 8 Pro received a main camera with a 50MP (1/1.56″, OIS), a 50MP ultra-wide-angle, a 200MP Samsung HP5 telephoto, 6x optical zoom, up to 120x hybrid zoom, as well as Ricoh GR Mode, Snap Mode, GR filters. The sensors are placed in a swappable camera module, allowing customization of the device design according to personal preferences.
The basic version of the Realme GT8 Pro in the 12/256 configuration will cost Europeans €1100, whereas in China it is priced at $560 (converted from yuan).
The price for the 16/512 GB version will be €1200, while the Chinese version with 16/1 TB costs $730. The price of the special Aston Martin Racing Green version (16/512 GB) is €1300.
The smartphone is equipped with a 2K AMOLED screen with a refresh rate of 144 Hz and a peak brightness of up to 7000 nits. The Q10+ panel provides accurate color reproduction, and eye protection technologies include DC dimming, a night mode with brightness from 1 nit, and ultra-low flicker frequency (0.07 SVM).
The GT8 Pro received a 7000 mAh battery with fast and wireless charging support. The body of the gadget is made of metal.
