Bring your favorite games to victory: nomination selection for The Steam Awards 2025 has begun
Valve has launched the nomination selection for the annual The Steam Awards.
What is known
Throughout the week (until December 1), gamers are invited to nominate their own candidates for victory in 11 categories among this year's releases. Please note that some games may not actually be new, but their Steam release took place in 2025. Among such projects, for example, are Marvel's Spider-Man 2 or Stellar Blade.

- Labor of Love
- Best Game on Steam Deck
- Better With Friends Award
- Outstanding Visual Style
- Most Innovative Gameplay
- Best Game You Suck At Award
- Best Soundtrack
- Best Game with Outstanding Story
- Sit Back and Relax Award.
After the preliminary stage of selection, the main voting will begin, which will determine the winners in all categories.
The triumphs of The Steam Awards 2025 will be announced on January 3.
