Huawei unveiled a new TV, the MateTV Max with a gigantic 110-inch screen. It is the largest screen in the company's lineup, created for home theater and gamers.

What is known

The novelty features Huawei's proprietary Black Diamond Super MiniLED technology, providing brightness up to 6000 nits and over 1000 local dimming zones. The TV supports the display of 10.7 billion colors, AI-HDR, and upscaling to 4K in real-time.

The MateTV Max has ultra-thin bezels — only 1.2 mm, giving 99% screen usable area. The sound is handled by the Huawei Sound system in a 3.1.2 format with a 60W subwoofer and two "sky" (upward-facing) channels of 20W each, creating a spatial audio effect.

The MateTV Max is positioned not only as a TV but also as a gaming platform: the built-in flagship GPU and cooling system allow you to run games at high frame rates without performance degradation. Controllers and a stylus are supported, expanding usage scenarios.

The TV is already available on the Chinese market, and there is no information yet about a global launch. The price of the novelty is about $9,150 (converted from yuan), which, along with the characteristics, assigns the TV to the premium segment.
