The presentation of the sub-flagship smartphone OnePlus Ace 6T with the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset and an 8000 mAh battery will take place on December 3
OnePlus has revealed the date of the presentation of the new Ace 6T smartphone — the event will take place on December 3 in China. This is the second model in the series after the OnePlus Ace 6 and the first on the global market to debut with the latest sub-flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor.
What is known
According to the manufacturer, the device scores more than 3.56 million points in AnTuTu, highlighting its performance. The smartphone will feature a 6.7” OLED display with a resolution of 1.5K and a refresh rate of 165 Hz, a built-in ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, and the proprietary Fengchi Gaming Core engine. Under heavy loads, the advanced cooling system with an evaporation chamber will protect the smartphone from overheating.
The OnePlus Ace 6T will be equipped with an 8000 mAh battery supporting 100 W charging.
The body will be protected against water and dust according to IP68, IP69 and IP69K standards. A special “Plus key” is located on the side for quick access to Mind Space and other functions.
The smartphone will have a decent set of cameras:
- main sensor of 50 MP;
- ultra-wide lens of 8 MP;
- front camera with a resolution of 32 MP.
OnePlus also revealed the colors the Ace 6T will come in: Electric Violet, Fleeting Green, and Flash Black.
In the global market, the OnePlus Ace 6T will be released under the name OnePlus 15R and will be the first smartphone with Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 outside of China. Its global premiere will be held on December 17, 2025, along with the Pad Go 2 tablet and the OnePlus Watch Lite smartwatches.
